VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Reaper, Welding Mask, and compensation in money for my fish would be nice

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This video was taken before SRP switched to a dedicated server, its the only proof I have I believe. I was going to do this a day or two after but I needed a break as this really did upset me. After I took the video I put the two items in the chest of my fish collection. The Image of my statistics shows I caught all those fish.
