Lost Bike

I was riding my bike earlier today and I rode over water in the fountain in front of the auction house and it began sinking into the fountain and disappeared. I tried /qav callback but it still didn't work. Is it possible I could get a new one? Or is there something I could do? (Btw it wont let me upload ss on here so can i send it on discord?)
