Lost Custom Copies to Glitch

Explanation:
Earlier this week, I was playing in 1.21.1. Upon trying to stack items in a chest, the copies disappeared as the stack went from containing the proper amount to only 1.

Lost Items:
2x (#3 is equipped) - Flower "Moriel"
1x - Flower "Shira"
3x - Flower "Canna"
