VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Custom Bunny Golf Cart

So I put my car down to drive around and my game completely bugged out with the pov and so when I tried to hop out of the vehicle, it showed the hud that I was still in it and I could still honk the horn when I punched but I couldn't see that I was in it and the car disappeared for me. Plus names in ooc have been acting up for me as well and it doesn't show names anymore it just shows Player-[random number] and I'm not sure whats going on. When I tried to relog the vehicle completely disappeared for me and I can't do the /pickupall command to get it back.
In the ss you can see the custom vehicle in the first slot of my hotbar, I have a better ss with it in my actual inventory from about a week ago but as you can see from the date on this ss it was from 3 days ago.
