ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The item was just gone when I joined today. Weirdly enough, nothing else is missing, but I think it might have something to do with the fact that I was wearing it on my head, while everything else was just sitting in my inventory. And no, I have not misplaced it. I've double-checked every barrel and chest in my apartment and it is, in fact, really gone. :)
