Lost Item Due to Concurrent Issues.

Greetings. I am reaching out in regard to me losing an item due to the known planner issue. Prior to the issue, I was holding the item "Moon Phase Hat" in my off hand. I then checked my planner, not wary of the aforementioned issue to occur. I was fairly confused when I saw that I had two planners then, disconcerted when I realized the item that I was holding as missing. I was wondering if it would be possible for there to be a rollback of my inventory. That would be swell. Gramercy.
