I was sitting in a chair in game and opened the school planner which removed my off-hand item sending it to the abyss and replacing it with a second school planner.
I would like to get my item back, but I got it off auction and I don't remember the name of it.
I can provide a screenshot of the item via discord DMs as it is too large to attach here. (demonasuna)
Edit: I got rid of the extra planner by placing an item over it in my inventory
