Lost Item :(

Hi, I'm just going to keep this short and simple. I was trying to place a cookie jar down, and it basically just disappeared. I don't know where it went; it's just completely gone.
I have a screenshot of it in my inventory seconds before placing it, so hopefully, that counts for something. Thank you in advance !!
