EVIDENCE:
This first screensot is from my last Item request, I had lost the bow in baseball pratice along with everything else when I crashed, but never got it back after making item request.
On this second screensot is everything I had gotten back from my last item request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I crashed in middle of baseball pratice last sunday, and due that all items from my inventory disappeared, then I made support ticket and got everything else back expect the butterfly bow.
