lost items after editmode update

VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: I had quite a few items that were replaced or just straight up disappeared after exiting edit mode.
EVIDENCE: I remembered I had clips I took that showed my inventory.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I don't remember what the dyes were, the ruby is from when I finished that mountain climb and the diamond hoe was those debit cards we used to have but that was like two years ago??? so I don't think they're a thing now.
