Lost items in editmode

VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: I have lost everything in the photo in apartment edit mode as well as rounded glasses which disappeared off of my head.
EVIDENCE:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: While in edit mode my items got glitched and is now stuck in apartment edit mode, the paper is a postcard from the France excursion. I had white rounded glasses on at the time but it was glitched and disappeared.
