Lost items server restart

VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: All shown below apart from 3 of the phones which I had sold
EVIDENCE:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I was playing football when the server restarted. I re-joined and lost all my items. This was all my important items so I would much like them to be returned. If all the items could not be recovered, the most important to me is the gas mask and reward tokens
