After the server reset, I lost my items and were replaced with the items I had in apartment edit mode

Lost Items:
-Smartphone
-A credit card
-Two snow shovels
-Umbrella
-some Books

I was able to return your items thanks to an inventory back-up. If
this happens again, open a ticket immediately after you lose your
items and try to remain online for as long as possible so that a
Senior Admin can roll back your inventory​
