ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: my bank account has been lost I had 48000 yen in it and only found out because I went to check my bank balance for when apartments are rentable once again I have submitted two /help for both the card not having worked, and my bank account having apparently being lost. the date the Screenshot was taken on was 5/16/2020
