ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I have lost all my money again (This is the 4th time now) I don't know why this happens regularly. I have a screen of my balance. I also can't put my money in the bank and have reported this several times. I would really like my money back and ask my friend to keep it for me. I don't know of a solution for this glitch other than this.
