Lost my sombrero to a known bug

I remember I already reported this bug a while ago, although I might aswell report it again while also requesting this time for my item back. There's this glitch where if you have an interactive item (fishing rod was my case) in you off hand and a wearable item (even plushies) in your main hand while wearing something, this will for some reason delete whatever you're wearing. not the first time it has happened, and nor will it be the last, pic with proof that I owned the item
