Explanation: I held my phone in my off-hand and pressed my /AM bind and my phone went poof.

Edit:
I lost my duffle bag as well now- the /AM is really glitched.

Edit 2: I did it again trying to get carried and did /AM and spammed it like normal- lost a crutch this time. . .

In total: "Lost Duffy Duffle bag" and "Moacha Phone" and "Crutch"
