Lost Soviet hat and spyglasses

okay lets start with the spyglasses I was playing basketball and i was close to the edge and had the ball so i press q and i got out and when i went to go grab it disappeared out of tin air okay next to the soviet i was in model 1 and i forgot that i was in model and placed my soviet hat on and its gone thats all!
