Backstory:
Maddison, Maddie was born in Korea, the city of Seoul. Her parents was just moved into a fresh new city, Maddie was only 6 years old and she had a twin sister, both was separated at birth, because her parents only wanted one child and they picked Maddie. Maddie joined a primary school where she met her long lost friends, she had a happy life. Until, one day her house got raided and her parents were missing, her father was found alive but her mum was escorted to the hospital, where she was injured, the doctors didn't know at the time that she wasn't gonna make it. Later, that night. Her father got a call at 3am from the doctors, saying Maddie's mother didn't make it, her father immediately went to wake up Maddie and told her the news. Maddie was devasted, she loved her mother and she didn't want to let her go. She went into tears, knowing that she lost a parent that she deeply loved. Maddie decided she didn't want to live, but her father was in disgrace and started to try get Maddie to stop her from killing herself. A few years later, she was 15 and was starting high school, she still missed her mum but she had to move on. Her father was drinking more and getting violent, she decided to stay out late every night so she didn't have to face him. She wanted her mother back and always was in her room crying, she always didn't sleep and her father got worried and worried. The next, day. The father decided to come talk to Maddie about therapy, Maddie didn't respond at first but she accepted the offer and she went to her first appointment, with her father. The psychiatrist said "It will take weeks for you to move on from your mother's death, I'm sorry, Maddie. you'll be okay, I promise.. I'm sorry to say Mr. Ivankov, that your daughter has depression, I will prescribe some depressed pills for her to take. It is wise to take two each day, one at morning, one at night." Mr. Ivankov was devasted and hugged his daughter, close. Her father loved her deeply and didn't know it was gonna be that serious. Maddie didn't know much English at the time, so she decided to learn. It was very much difficult since she was used to speaking Korean. Mr. Ivankov watched her and smiled, knowing her life is gonna be hard, he wanted to be there for her and protect her from the awful people in the world. Next, year. They moved to Karakura in Japan. Maddie was 17, her father got a job as a professor, slowly distancing from his daughter. Maddie was not excited to move, out of her mother's place, she wanted to stay with her friends. Maddie missed the place in Korea, Seoul. A few weeks later, Maddie met friends and got adopted as an Helvete. The siblings didn't like her as much as everyone else. Maddie decided to leave the family and got adopted by the Hamilton Family, throughout the time she was in the Hamilton Family. It was drama and drama everyday, and she left. Now, she is adopted by Miyako Shima, and living happily in the Shima Family and she is now 18 years old, with good friends and family.
