What is your motivation for applying?:
I have always had some interest and found many aesthetics in the medical field. I plan to incorporate some sort of medical schooling in my future educations due to my interest in it. I find myself wanting to help people and being rather a caretaker to others. Yet I also want to be extremely selfish. My desire to be a nurse on srp spans from the desire to become a nurse irl. I find that being a doctor is stressful constantly finding diagnosis for people, so I just want to help out the doctor instead. I also feel like I would make a great the******, but I'll become a nurse first. The medical field along with other fields has been one of my many interests, I have decided to finally apply because I have found motivation from people.
What do you know about medical practice?:
If you get stabbed, let the knife stay in there, or else you will let out your blood and will die faster.
Don't stand up straight after getting blood removed or else you will faint.
When having a nosebleed, make sure you pinch the bridge of your nose, apply gauze and lean forward so blood doesn't run down the back of your throat
When drawing blood, make sure to give the patient plenty of water so the blood comes out smoothly.
When drawing blood, make sure the vein doesn't roll around.
If a patient is becoming irate, call in another nurse just in case.
If a patient is attempting suicide, immediately enclose them in a cell until they calm down.
Always use a soothing and formal voice when talking to a patient, using euphemisms will only make things worse, make sure the patient knows the true severity of the situation.
What are the basic color codes in a medical emergency and hospital?:
Code pink/purple = abducted child, the hospital may or may not go on lock down in order to search for the missing child.
Code Violet = A violent individual is in the hospital, security may be put into place, be cautious,
Code Silver = someone has been attacked, or taken hostage, police will probably come.
Code green = Emergency evacuation is being taken in place or, people arriving from a mass casualty event. Whether its one or the other will be clarified.
Code yellow = A natural disaster poses a threat to the hospital, evacuation or lockdown will take place.
Code white: A child or baby is experiencing a life threatening situation, or evacuation is taking place, this will be clarified.
Code orange: There has been a dangerous spill that must be decontaminated.
Code blue or red or something: There is a life threatening situation with a patient.

I acknowledge that if I am inactive for most likely a week or a month I will most definitely be demoted, for I am wasting a position that could be used by others, I am not the only one who wants to be in my position.

Madoko Azegawa on the job is a attentive, kind caring person, who is quick to help in a situation and is diligent in fulfilling her duties. Off the job, she is a kind, playful, flirty woman, she remains attentive and caring for she feels that it is her job to serve others.
What do they look like?
Madoko Azegawa has a standard Japanese appearance standing at 5'9, and has warm brown small brown eyes, much so like a cat almost. She has pale, glowy smooth skin, and long flowy silken brown hair. She has an extremely massive bust and bottom, along with a rather slim waist, she is very proud of this, and also very insecure of this, she will often cover them with her hair or her clothing. She smells like the word Dior.
Do they have any mental or physical illnesses?
Madoko Azegawa has schizophrenia, which makes her go crazy at times, she is also extremely depressed. She plans to seek medical help for this.

Madoko is extremely attentive and perfectionist when it comes to her job, she tries her best to make the patient feel good and satisfied, she is unique in her strange robotic ways of working, cooking and cleaning. She likes the excitement of pressure, even though it gets to her sometimes. She always keeps a bright face, even when she is dying inside. Madoko actually loves her job, of course, not to say others don't love their job. She is depressed and crazy, but also sane and caring. She truly just wants everyone to happy, even if it means her suffering. She is quite sacrificial and careless with her life, but is quick to bring out the best in others.
Madoko's parents are Jara Hoffman and Kaito Azegawa, Jara was 32 when she had Madoko and Kaito was 16 (LET ME EXPLAIN). Jara found Kaito in Japan, and thought he was around 23, so she asked him out, Kaito decided to follow along and go out with her, the two eventually started dating a lot, Kaito had told her that he was 23 and everything was fine. Until one day Jara found out she was pregnant and immediately freaked out, she told Kaito and Kaito flipped out too, that was when Kaito revealed to Jara that he was only 17 at the time, Jara immediately broke up with him, found his parents, and told them about what happened, his parents were under the illusion that Jara was just a friend from another school, they never knew why he dressed up so oddly everytime he went to see her. Eventually they agreed that they would both have to raise the child together, and so when Madoko was born in Austria, Kaito paid a visit to see her, Kaito when he turned 18 had to pay child support, which was easy for him since he was also rich.

Eventually, her parents found out that she had been playing a facade, at the age of 10, immediately devastated they took her to a psychologist and discovered she had an extreme case of schizophrenia and depression, and after many attempts of making her take medicine, she finally got it under control after a few months and calmed down. She developed at the age of 15 into a bright calm young girl, always searching for knowledge, always doing things for people she loved, and so forth. She was like a angel, a servant to others, some took advantage of this and manipulated her into things she thought she would never do. At the age of 13 she grew massive breasts and a bottom, which always got her perved on by others, she started to wear baggy clothes to hide it, her friends always commented on how sexy she was, and this made her feel weird. At 14 she begun to take singing and piano lessons and quickly realized how beautiful her singing voice was, people started calling her "Sirena" because her voice sounded so angelic and mellow. She often plays old 80's songs on the piano and singing along with them.
