“My motivation. .?” She repeated, glancing up at the interviewer, before smiling. “Well, to spread awareness of course. Over 1500 species of marine life are endangered, all because of the actions we’ve committed. Teaching younger generations, especially us here at Karakura, people who have direct access to the beautiful beach and water, It will begin to help us understand how to make a difference, and help others to pursue that path.” She clutched a strand of her hair, glancing out the window. “Marine biology club isn’t just a place to learn, but a place to have fun! I want to spread knowledge by having fun. Going on trips to aquariums, snorkeling, and interacting with a bunch of different marine life to understand more about them. I don’t want it to feel like we’re at some… military camp! I want people to have freedom, not do this because it’s a chore. Do it because you love it!!” She’d straighten up, her eyes burning with a determination and love for the ocean. “I also believe my cousin ran the Architecture club for a bit, before returning to pursue volleyball.. I want to keep up the kei legacy!” She winked, giving a firm thumbs up!!!
“My motivation might mostly be for making a difference, but it’s also to add diversity to clubs that isn’t really seen right now. I love ALL the clubs, But… It feels like… There’s nothing quite unique! There’s astrology, that’s cool and unique, but I wish there were more! That’s where I come into play.” She nodded to herself, clearing her throat before speaking again. “I feel like adding such uniqueness to the clubs here will add more opportunities for some really cool events.. Like.. oh! Like music club and marine biology, a luau!! They could play music, we can have dancing, swimming, just, enjoying and learning about our beach!” She jumped up almost excitedly, beaming!

The club involves learning about various marine life, including but not limited to: Corals, Fish, and many other inhabitants of our ocean, to understand the role they play. This club will take lots of trips to the beach, go snorkeling, take boat trips, and participate in various activities that teach about the importance of our oceans and the steps we can take to care for and protect them. The key points in meetings are helping wildlife, cleaning the oceans, or simply learning.

Eme steps up to a small stage, a beaming smile on her face.
“HeyHey! Welcome to Marine Biology Club’s first Sand castle competition! Now now, let’s not get swept away.. Get it?. . no? Ok.. anyways! You’ll be splitting up into groups! There can be groups of 3, 2 , or if you’re confident, you can go by yourself! No tools allowed, only your hands and a small bucket for water!” She began to pace the stage. “My club members and I will be your judges, and there's a twist! You’ll have 30 minutes to create your sandcastle. Every 5, you may select a team member, or you yourself, will have to go up to spin a wheel. Depending on what you land, you’ll either have some help or some sabotageee!” She’d giggle, standing to face the crowd fully. "For the rest of you to put in your votes, you’ll be able to view, listen to our music, and eat some yummy food! Enjoy and Good luck!"
The Competition
Players will create groups of up to 3, only 6 teams can compete. This will be signed up for prior. Each team will have time to create a long, detail rp of creating and a final /it of their final sandcastle. Each member must create at least two fully appended messages. To make it interesting, every couple of minutes, someone from each team will have to come up and spin a wheel (/roll 10) and do whatever they land on. This can sabotage or help the team! At the end of the time limit, People will get to walk around and view the /it's, before voting at a voting station run by a staff member. They will tally the votes and decide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
Wheel Spins:

2. Run to the ocean and back!
3. +3 minutes
4. Spin again!
5. You get a big bucket and a shovel for 4 minutes.
6. You get a club member to help you for 5 minutes!

There will be 6 major areas for competing parties. They will be small plot-like areas for each team to choose and stand in, differentiated by color. Small seating areas are decorated with some corals and cute fish-themed decorations!

You can even place bets on your favorite baby sea turtle! Enjoy food, music, and the beachy heat as you welcome these adorable baby turtles into their new lives!

We’ve been making sure they stay nice and healthy, and have a smooth hatching process. As for their mama, she’s out there somewhere, roaming the ocean and travelling, waiting for her babies to join her! And well, after 2 months, now it’s time! One of our club members have reported hearing some snapping and cracking of the eggs, and we’ve decided to call you all over to watch!” She stepped down, walking towards the taped-off area. “This path leading down to the ocean is where the turtles will walk from hatching to swim in the ocean! I do ask everyone, please steer clear of their path, so as not to startle the babies when they arrive! There's drinks, food, and some music for you to enjoy as well. When the turtles hatch, we’ll be doing a small race where bets can be placed! Just for funzies, though!” She’d smile, before running off.

Occasionally, a snap or pop could be heard before the main event is triggered. People will be lined up around the small lane for the turtles, and behind the lane will be stands. Each turtle egg will have a number on them, and people are able to go up to a stand, greeting a club member to submit their vote in a little race!
The voting and race aren’t for winning and losing, but rather to offer emotional support to the baby turtles. So NO PRIZES!

Activity details:
Meeting at the clubroom first, and wait for everyone. A brief meeting will be held in the club room to go over rules, regulations, and some fun activities as well. Eme will be the dive instructor for the excursion.
The club will head to the beach, getting changed in the waterpark, before meeting at the water’s edge. They will begin snorkeling, visiting different landmarks that show different parts of the ocean.
Landmark 1: Coral Reef. Visiting the coral reef will demonstrate the vast decline, giving the club knowledge on the Karakura reefs and how we can preserve them.
Landmark 2: ship ruins. Fun to explore and see how wildlife inhabit the ruins of something manmade and turn it into their home.
Landmark 3: Kelp forest. The kelp forest is home to and a food to many marine life. This is the clubs opportunity to see various sea creatures and learn about them and their lives.
