What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have tried to make my roleplay on this server both faction and non-faction related!
My first roleplay experience was in GangRP, this was by the help of joining a gang on SRP and building a relationship with the people like in a family. This allowed me to firstly be exposed to a Gang roleplay scenario first-hand in 2020. A while after this, I wanted to increase my character’s knowledge by enrolling him into college giving more lore and new opportunities for RP.
Following from this, my roleplay had developed tremendously as I got introduced to the world of sports and JockRP, as well as engaging in more of the interactive StudentRP side of the game, which grew overtime as I started to join the Spartan team. My first instance of JockRP started when I joined my first ever team! The Spartan Track team. This team allowed me to be immersed into the life of a college athlete, where I had the chance to engage in certain roleplay scenarios within the classroom such as creating arguments with the teachers/professors and also scenarios outside of the classroom such as bullying and giving other students swirlies.
A little while after this. I began to explore more roleplay opportunities which would be me applying for receptionist in 2023. As a receptionist, I learnt various new roleplay methods such as FearRP, EmployeeRP and FacultyRP by immersing myself into the actual role of an office reception in a school. A little after being a receptionist, I eventually became the Head of Department. This would include me teaching new receptionists the basics of reception work. Such as giving students directions and redeeming reward tokens along with the basic concept of employee rules.
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation for wanting to work in the Hospital as a Doctor would mainly be that I honestly want to gain experience in roleplaying by exposing myself to new types of scenarios, evidently shown by the different types of roleplays I have engaged with in the past. This specific position really stuck out to me as OOCLY I have an interest in the medical field and more specifically in the traumatology field which really drives me to want to be involved in EMS on SRP as my knowledge on certain Medical and Biological topics can be expanded by training with EMS and with people who have been in the faction for a long time, I would really like to expand my knowledge on the Medical field.
As a result of my knowledge on the field, I really wanted to try something new on the server other than being a receptionist! Therefore the idea of being trained for 2 weeks and having to answer a short test to stay in the team really motivates me to want to apply to this job position in the game as I want something challenging to push myself to complete on the server, to make a difference whether it’s for everyone else or even for myself in a personal way!

Hospital Doctor
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
I believe that I have moderate knowledge on the roles within the Hospital Faction! I know what each of the ranks in the hospital do and what their specific jobs are and how to branch into different titles such as being a Paramedic and a Doctor. However, I believe my knowledge only reaches so far at the moment though, as a result I want to apply in order to add and expand my knowledge!
Doctor
Doctors mainly do routine check-up’s, basic diagnostics for certain illnesses such as the Flu and often are non specialised to an extent where they handle minor illnesses that are often not life-threatening, these doctors do not take part in specific diagnostics and will often refer to to specialists for certain illnesses such as mental illnesses. Doctors are able to prescribe medications such as antibiotics.
Psychiatrists
Psychiatrists differ from Psychologists due to their extended period of time in school and more in the medical field, as a result the main job of Psychiatrists is to prescribe medication for mentally ill patients. Psychiatrists often hold a higher degree in comparison to normal Psychologists.
Paramedics
Paramedics are usually paired with police officers to complete jobs, this is because patients often need to be transported to the Hospital safely due to GangRP. However, they can also complete this transportation alone for patients who are low-risk such as regular civilians not involved in criminal roleplay. Paramedics often are the first line of aid when it comes to injuries that may be life-threatening as they bring immediate help to patients, referred to as being first responders.
Veterinarians
This group of people typically are responsible for attending to animals and are specialised in Vet work.

Well i am not the youngest here… but that means I have the most experience here. I'm 41 years young!

I did not attend High School in Karakura! I lived with my mother and father in Tallinn, Estonia. I passed my highschool exams and received a diploma and a GPA of 3.8
I received a joint honours bachelors of biology and chemistry, while also completing the aptitude tests.
After which, I decided to apply to Med School in order to achieve a Degree in Doctor of Medicine.

I am half Estonian and half Serbian. I lived in Estonia for 27 years of my life before moving to karakura to begin work.

I am married and it’s the most stressful job I've ever had.

Character Backstory:
Growing up as an only child in the outskirts of Tallinn, Estonia, Mihkel Väli enjoyed a warm and loving upbringing with his parents, Jaan and Nataša Väli. Despite not having any siblings, Mihkel found solace in the company of his close-knit family and spent most of his childhood exploring the natural beauty of his surroundings.
As he grew older, Mihkel's passion for learning and exploring new things became increasingly evident. He spent countless hours reading books and taking part in extracurricular activities, developing a keen interest in science and technology. His parents encouraged his inquisitive nature and supported his academic pursuits, providing him with the resources he needed to succeed.
Despite facing some setbacks along the way, Mihkel remained determined to achieve his goals and worked tirelessly to overcome any obstacles that came his way. His upbringing instilled in him a strong sense of resilience and a deep appreciation for hard work and dedication, qualities that would serve him well throughout his life.
At the age of 27, Mihkel Väli made the bold decision to leave his hometown and embark on a new chapter in his life. He set his sights on Karakura, a bustling city known for its vibrant culture and rich history to the city..
Although the move was daunting, Mihkel was excited for the opportunities that awaited him in his new home. He quickly settled into his new surroundings and began exploring everything that the city had to offer.
In Karakura, Mihkel found himself surrounded by a diverse and dynamic community of individuals, each with their own unique stories and experiences. He made friends easily, and his passion for learning and trying new things led him to take part in a variety of activities and events.
Through hard work and dedication, Mihkel quickly established himself as a respected member of the community, earning the trust and admiration of those around him. He remained grateful for the love and support of his family back home, but he was excited to embrace the new opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

Oh Well, my medical speciality is Emergency Medicine. As when i was younger i was in the military as a combact medic. As i chose this due it being the simmilar line of work and me being experienced in this. It only seems right to choose this speciality.
What medical residencies did your character take after medical school?
After medical school i decided to travel to take my residency. I decided to choose the UK for my residency as it has the best medicine oriented schools.. This allowed me to attend Imperial College London, best known on league tables for engineering and medicine and here I took my medical residency in order to specialise into emergency medicine as this suits my previous history.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
During the age of 24 I enrolled into the military, and was trained to be a combat medical. This would mean I was on the frontlines tending to those who were wounded. This included me applying tourniquets on the damaged area. Keeping the soldier comfortable before they were transported off to the nearest medical tent for surgery.
Has your character completed any additional schooling?
During my bachelors in the third year I believe, I took a placement year in a nearby hospital where I got to learn hands-on Emergency Medicine.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Appearance:
While on the outside Mihkel may be seen as a scary looking person due to his Multiple tattoos. And various rings seen on him. When greeted you’d be surprised by how charming and polite he is and is very accepting of those around him and willing to help. His most striking feature is his very 90s style golden blonde hair. And his noticeable neck tattoo.
Personality:
Mihkel's personality can be seen as extroverted; he's friendly and open, always ready to strike up a conversation with those around him. He often acts like a child, doing silly things just to make people smile. Mihkel is the kind of person who helps anyone in need, regardless of how well he knows them. His positive energy is infectious, and he has a knack for brightening up any room he walks into. People are naturally drawn to his warmth and genuine kindness. Mihkel believes in the power of small gestures and often goes out of his way to make someone's day a little better, whether it's through a kind word, a helping hand, or just a simple smile. Despite his playful demeanour, he is deeply empathetic and always ready to lend an ear to those who need it. His open-hearted nature and unwavering willingness to support others make him a cherished friend and an invaluable member of any community.
How does your character act on and off duty?
On duty:
Mihkel has a unique personality that often includes an array of random topics and puns that some might consider cringe-worthy. However, his lighthearted approach to communication is rooted in his desire to bring joy to his colleagues. Mihkel takes great pleasure in making people happy, and his good-natured humour is one of the ways he achieves this. Though his style may not suit everyone's taste, his intentions are always pure, and his quirky personality adds a touch of levity to even the most serious of situations.
Off duty:
While on off duty Mihkel would be seen tending to his large loving family. Being sure to take his wife and kids out on vacations to his hometown of Estonia to show them his upbringing. While being off duty Mihkel still keeps his light hearted manner no matter what the situation is.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
My character works very well with others as his previous job was reception work which takes teamwork and being surrounded by hundreds of students and over 20 faculty. Constantly keeping them in touch with what’s going on inside of the school. Then being head of department this made him more of a team player to teach those who are new to the line of work.
What plans does your character have for the future?
For the future Mihkel wants to carry on his line of work as a doctor. And hopefully manage to become a senior doctor at Karakura Hospital. Being able to teach the new residents about what it is to be a doctor.
