What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I've been doing MCRP since about 2020, I've been involved in many (primarily historic) ChatRP servers, and also many DND style chat RPS! I used to also do a lot of roblox RP (embarrassing to admit) but it definitely helps with the improv aspect of SRP.
What is your motivation for applying?
I'm looking to get more involved with the factions on SRP. I've never really been formally involved with any faction or sport and am looking to make my roleplays more interesting!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
Director : Manages the faction as a whole (quite self explanatory..) and (as far as im aware) has always been held by a staff member
Leads/Chiefs : Manages their individual departments
EMS / Paramedics : Paramedics are involved in more "hands-on" work as they tend to patrol and can be called upon more spontaneously.
Attending : Generally people who have been in the faction for a whiiiileee & have been active and dedicated.
Resident : Lowest rank after trainee. Granted after passing training , generally the newest members of the faction reside here.
Trainee : Lowest rank. This role is granted to any new applicants where they go through a training process to eventually become a resident.
Definitely not all of the ranks but thats just the base knowledge I know for them all :P
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?

SECTION 1: PERSONAL DETAILS
Character’s Full Name:
Judas quickly slid into his seat. "Name?" He stared blankly for a moment, seemingly quite nervous. "Judas von Moltke." He cleared his throat, now a bit embarrassed at his delayed response.
Character’s Gender and Pronouns:
He furrowed a brow, clearly caught off guard by the question. "Male, he/him." He scratched the back of his neck, letting out a quiet laugh. "I don't think anyone's ever actually asked me that before."
Character’s Age (if accepted):
He tapped his finger against the armrest while thinking. "29" He nodded to himself before adding, "I'll be turning 30 pretty soon, though." He seemed a bit lost in the thought of his age.
Character’s Academic Background:
"I graduated from highschool school in Germany." He nodded to himself. "I decided to continue my studies abroad." He paused, reminiscing about the long years he spent away from home. "I earned a Bachelors in Medical science before continuing into medical school, where I completed my education During my clinical training, I became particularly interested in family medicine...and that is how we got here."
Character’s Nationality:
"German." He quickly answered. "I was born and raised there, but have spent a large chunk of my life in Japan."
Character’s Marital Status:
"I'm single," he gave a small shrug and smiled sheepishly, "medicine and travelling kept me pretty busy for a long time. With studying and my residency.. I haven't really made much time for relationships."
Character’s Religious Denomination:
He paused for a moment before answering. "None, personally." He carefully thought before he continuing, "I was not raised particularly religious, and that is what has followed me throughout my life."
Character’s Spoken Languages:
"Well, Japanese, obviously." He mumbled as he tried to think of what else to add. After a moment, he straightened his posture and spoke again. "I picked up English while abroad, and I learned Japanese Sign Language." Judas smiled. "I started learning it years ago..I thought it would be quite useful, as I wanted to communicate with as many people as possible." He seemed quite proud of himself.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
"Family medicine." Judas sat for a moment. Quietly thinking before continuing his answer. "I chose family medicine because I found that the idea of knowing my patients beyond whatever brought them into the hospital felt, rewarding, in a sense." He paused again, carefully thinking of his words. "During my studies I realized that I enjoy the more personal side of medicine." He took a breath. "Family medicine has let me help a wide range of people, and I find it quite interesting to figure out which approach works best for each person. It has definitely taught me a lot."
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
He has medical experience through his studies abroad. He completed clinical training & worked in family medicine in America for a few years.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Judas has a rather slim and lanky build, he stands taller than average but is noticeably lacking muscle. His frame gives him a somewhat delicate appearance. He has long limbs and poor posture. His blonde hair is kept naturally messy, and tends to fall in his eyes. He may appear somewhat disheveled at first glance, but you can tell he made an effort to look somewhat 'professional'.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Around the hospital Judas maintains a calm and attentive demeanor. He greets everyone politely and makes an effort to listen. He is the type of coworker who willingly assists others whenever possible.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Most definitely with others. Judas is naturally sociable and performs best when with a team. He is definitely capable of handling responsibilities on his own, but will never hesitate to ask for a second opinion or help when needed.
