Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important to SchoolRp for many many reasons. 1. In order to graduate High-School in SRP, you need 50 credits and how you get those credits are by doing homework, and only teachers can assign homework. Without teachers the students don't learn the material needed to complete the homework, therefore not getting any credits. 2. The Teachers help make the students choose responsible choices, help them learn ICLY, and possibly even learning things OOCLY too! They also help make sure everything is under control and is manageable. Whether its a student misbehaving, or homework being stressful! 3. They serve as vital mentors. As I said earlier, they help transfer knowledge and teach students ICLY, and possibly OOCLY!

Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: My motivation for becoming a Teacher is that firstly I REALLY need money... But that's not the main reason. The main reason is that it'd be nice to have an adult character, especially when they have a job. It'd be a great experience for me ICLY and OOCLY to have as being a teacher. I can also help teach students the subject that I wanna teach them which is Performing Arts (Drama)! I think that I would be a great teacher too because I am OOCLY nice and respectful. And my character is even better! She is as sweet as sugar, down to earth, respectful and so much much more positive and great characteristics and teacher and person in general can have! I think that I can teach students how to improv, and about Drama class in general! I love to act in real life like doing improv and is one of my specialties to do for fun and with friends and family in real life! Its one of the things I do in my free time, and its something I enjoy. I also think that I could be a great teacher by making sure things are under control. Like homework for an example, or even when students are misbehaving! I also think I can easily calm situations down like fights or classes being loud and disruptive too! I also am a very hardworking person ICLY and OOCLY and will get homework done very fast in a quick minute! I am also very creative and will make my lessons and class time very productive, hardworking, and cant forget the fun too!

She is a Chinese female with long blonde hair. Yes quite strange that a Chinese has blonde hair. She wears a basically all beige. She is sweet as sugar, very nice, respectful, and just a really great person in general.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student is struggling to understand the content of my class material / what we are learning that period. I would kindly pull them aside if it's just one or two students, and ask them what they are confused about. Once I find out what they are confused about, I would than explain it again but in a better, more detailed description, leaving them understanding on what to do! If it's more than two students that are confused, I would yet again do the same thing. Giving a more detailed description on the lesson, but in front of the class. I would also try to plan lessons that are not confusing, by being very hardworking and spending a lot of time planning those lessons, so they are effective and leaving students wanting to come back again to my class!
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
If a student was being disruptive in class, I would have a three strike rule. If they disrupt the class the first time, I would kindly tell them to stop being disruptive. If they keep doing it, I will pull them aside and tell them to knock it off. If they do it again, I'll kick them out of the class for being disruptive. It also depends what they were doing and joking about that made it so disruptive. If they were being inappropriate I would immediately tell them to knock it off and than the second strike will be kicked out of my class for that period. If they were fighting with me, or other classmates or just messing the whole lesson up by being disruptive, I would give them detention for their bad behavior.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:
1. I would have many fun improv games such as Freeze, or the one where you yell "NEW PROMPT" during the performance. I think that this would be fun because it would give a student a chance to do improv, and have a fun time during the lesson! 2. I could have very very short pop quizzes, and whoever gets it right gets to act! Whatever the answer to the question was, I would whisper that answer was again, and that'd be their improv prompt!
