Mis-click on an Apartment (47OM)

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1329, 26, 865
ISSUE: Need my Yen back for Mis-click
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I already owned a House on my Main account (A7XM) and after a Reset I could not see signs in the place where I logged back in and I purchased a Complex K apartment on Floor 1 for 100k and I did report this to Zinth before hand and never got a message back. I now was told to try to get my yen back to make this request, and hopefully staff will help since this was caused by the rollback was not my fault nor staffs. I have not been able to make this ticket since I had went on Vacation for a couple of days and did not bring my laptop with me. Now I after being told to disown it by Addy, I just want my yen back since it wasn't on purpose and the servers were just reset and signs were not there to begin with (last photo was taken recently) I since then disowned the Apartment. I just would like my 100k back.
