Her natural hair color is dirty bond, though she gets it dyed every month on the dot. Her current hair color is a wild pink and blue duel color combination, meant to express her love for pastels. She has natural blue eyes that seem to change with what she wears, ranging from blue, green, hazel and stormy gray. She is as white as the day she was born, having an inability to tan. She has some arm strength due to carrying art supplies to and from the school, though the rest of her is kind of meek. Her most distinctive features are the fact that she always has on her lab coat and protective goggles. Her lab coat is stained beyond belief and yet she still refuses to buy a new one.
Personality:
She is a very laid back, lazy teacher. Because of her sheer laziness, she is fairly out of shape, so any pursuits she engages in she usually fails. The only thing she mostly executes with sheer bias is student altercations such as bullying, fighting, ... or anything worse. She is always hungry and has been known to steal other's lunches in the break room, though she won't hesitate to give some of her own hard earned food to hungry students if they stay in her classroom during lunchtime. She believes in the theory of basic human kindness and that everyone has the capacity to be a good person, so she tends to give people much more slack than other teachers would, forgiving easy and often. She is also... slightly off in the head, her logic making little to no sense sometimes.

In her freshman year of high school, she had her appendix removed.

History:
From and early age, Jessie had depression, she was bullied at every turn. They threw things, they laughed, they accused, and the fought. Though, they never touched, and if they did, they would screech and try and wipe it off onto another. It would then cause a mass scale riot of students trying to get the ick off of themselves.
She doesn't like people to touch her, not even family or friends now.
Due to the social hatred of her and the isolation caused by it, she went slightly insane. Her logic going wonky and spiraling her further into her depression. It wasn't until eighth grade that she finally got help, being pulled into counseling under threat of hospitalization.
It was one of the best things she ever did in her life.
Through counseling, they realized that she needed to be medicated, so she when to a psychiatrist. After much debate, she got the medicine she needed.
She finally found a group a friends that same year, people who loved her for who she was, who didn't care that hanging out with her was social suicide. She was finally becoming happy after years of torment and abuse from her peers, finding a few that actually cared for her.
She turned a new leaf and tried to be outgoing instead of introverted, making more and more friends as the years went on. Soon, she was attending college, for a degree in Graphics Design, finally not caring about what people thought about her. Though, her depression had returned after five peaceful years. She had a stint in the local psych ward because of it, finally getting hospitalized.
After her hospitalization, she was renewed, though now with a desire for food due to the new medications. She went back to college, fighting to get her grades back up from the drop from her depression. Though, she found that she wasn't too happy with her major, so she switched to a Painting major. By her second year, she decided she didn't like that either, so she took a much needed break from school to find herself.
It wasn't until she accepted a babysitting job that she realized how much she loved working with children, it clicking that she wanted to be an art teacher. She wanted to teach others the joy and escape that art provided her as a child. She went back to college, finally sticking with a degree plan. All the while running her own private art classes to teach others how to draw and paint. When she graduated, she moved. Not settling down until she reached Japan of all places. There, she applied to Yandere High School for the Art Teacher position, achieving her goal and getting the job. She hopes to expand the minds of the children there, bringing creativity wherever she walks.
