missing car from a server restart

Hello I'm opening a ticket about My car being lost from a server restart a friend borrowed my car and had it out during the restart i have a picture of my vehicle that was missing

car name: is 2020 McLaren Senna GTR
Gamertag: Purge_Luna02

small question: what can you do to protect your car or items from a server restart? i always wonder if theres anyway of avoiding them to not have it getting eaten by the server
