Missing Floor (again)

Coordinates: 1948, 853, 1318(Apartment Coords), 1925, 853, 1388 (missing blocks coords)
Issue: In the new Complex L, from my floor (top floor) all the way down to 7th floor or 6th (im not sure which one), there are missing blocks at the balcony area which I can't cover or build over. (Room 1104, Balcony area)
