missing inventory

i lost my inventory because i went in a game and got blue team then because of my bad interned i disconnected and then i reconnected and went off of the field the blue dyed leather armor was still in my inventory and i didnt got my items back
in my inventory i had:

1x flower wreath
1x top hat
1x fishing rod
2x book and quill
1x smart phone anarchy blue
1x school bag
1x biro pen
1x shrimp
1x spartan mascot action figure
1x shrimp plushie
1x pikatchu backpack
1x ramen
64x apple
1x water bottle
