I was sorting through my inventory throwing water to people in the detention room as most of them had been intoxicated when my glasses did the glitch where every time I take something out of my inventory to my hotbar, the item I'm wearing moves. I believe I must have thrown it out while handing the water bottles and wasn’t able to find it, meaning it probably despawned or someone picked them up.
