ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I bought the mask about 40 minutes ago and I didn't have the chance to take a screenshot of the item, yet I have proof of me getting it from the auction house in the logs.
I was holding the mask when it suddenly got thrown out of my inventory and disappeared instantly.
