missing phone

Hey so I bought a phone at the daisu shop near the beach I bought the kuromi phone for 45k, however after the rollback I don't have the phone or my money from it, will I possibly be able to receive my phone back? I have screenshots of it in my inventory. I did put it on auction however it is not on there and not in the post office but my money is gone from it.
