Missing Item: White Smartphone

I was using my Smartphone yesterday. Whilst using it, it went into my offhand and caused me to hover over my school planner. Without really thinking too much about it I right clicked causing my Smartphone to disappear and my school planner to open up. My smartphone then seemingly glitched out causing it to turn into a second school planner? which upon interacting with it, just opened the school planner interface. I then tried clicking on it in my inventory since I figured it would just go back to being a smartphone if I did so. But then it completely disappeared out of my inventory. I lost it entirely and I am unsure what to do. I attached a screenshot of my hotbar with the smartphone in it. I couldn't upload the screenshot in it's entirety due to the large file size (3440x1440 resolution monitor) but I can provide it through discord if needed.
