Missing Umbrella

I bought a hello kitty umbrella yesterday at Joyoung and then I tried switching characters with the umbrella in my off-hand. It ended up turning into a second planner. Then, when I clicked the planner in my inventory, it disappeared. So now I'm just missing the umbrella.
