missing vehicle

so i lost my vehicle after fueling it and it said that i need to return the gas pump even tho i returned it, after getting out of the car and "placing" the gas pump back, i picked up my vehicle and it was gone, i attempted to do the command to pick it up again and nothing worked it just disappeared on me.

here's a screenshot of the vehicle (it had the Superfast engine on it too)
