Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
While the server delves into various aspects like town life, crime, EMS, and police work, the core focus remains on the school, the one in the heart of the map. Teachers play a crucial role in SRP, inspiring roleplay among students during school time and adding depth and realism to the entire city. Teachers also play a big role in helping newer plays get around and grow into the server more; as they usually don’t start of with the most guidance / people to speak with and get their first taste of how SRP works inside the school. Encouraging interactions between teachers and students, they help bring the school to life, guiding students in character development and providing a structured environment for their growth(hopefully)..

‘Among most,. .Kurayami rarely initiates conversation; rather, she prefers the role of the attentive listener. offering her undivided attention to those who speak in compensation for her clear lack of words... Though she isn’t the most optimistic, she makes up for it with her presence and reliability, (kinda) always willing to be there for others without needing to say much.Though her darkish appearance may suggest otherwise. . Kurayami’s words and tone carry a gentle sincerity. Her way of expressing care leans toward subtle actions, perhaps they go unnoticed but they’re there! Words of encouragement always seem to fall from her lips but.. Doesn’t match the resting face she holds.. Future wise, Kurayami tends to stare ahead, as the future is nigh and waits for no one. Aspirations wise she gives a purpose to spreading the knowledge she's acquired throughout the years, not many hopes and dreams directed towards herself as a person.. Happiness amongst MOST. .
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
STUDENTS
︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵
‘Students.. Those she wants to drive forward; subtly pushing past their limits to achieve great things. . In her mind students are children; those she’d take as her own with not much hesitation. Though Kurayami isn’t the most talkative outside of classes, she does her best to bond with her students in other ways.. Quality time such as helping her pass out papers, giving them stickers, allowing them chances to speak with their friends. Small things to ensure their comfort within her classroom; hoping it can be a space they enjoy within the odd grounds of karakura high.. Students invoke a sort of soft spot within the gentle lass. At the same time; she doesn’t want that kindness and silent leniency she gives out to be taken advantage of, if things go too far, quick as sound Kurayami corrects the problem without a second thought. Their success and futures roam her mind aimlessly, meaning even she pushes herself to make sure they’re wellbeing is preserved.'
CO-WORKERS
︵‿︵‿୨♡୧‿︵‿︵
‘As these were the people she’d be spending a large majority of her time with; Yami quickly grows accustomed with them at least making attempts at bonds, in and outside of work. Carefully, Kurayami would observe them, while working or simply minding their business; taking in their likes and dislikes.. Anything really she could potentially use to help befriend them. Getting along with the people you work beside is one a belief shes grown to; from past experiences of god-awful co-workers.. Always assisting when she can, making sure people have papers, water, anything really to show appreciation for their work.In time, So with enough time.. (and favors) her coworkers know they can rely on her not just for those small acts but as someone who genuinely has their back. Whether it was listening after a tough day dealing with patronizing students and giving a bit of encouragement, or just showing up with coffee on early mornings. . She does her best..
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
It’s not the most jawdropping reason, it would be her first job after graduating with a degree in education.. Moving to Karakura and settling down with her family as she slowly inched toward independence required her to find something that would not only provide stability but also align with her aspirations.,. Working with children and helping their growth has always been a passion of hers, and her love for the sciences added another layer that. Pairing these two interests together made the high school in Karakura the perfect opportunity. Wanting to use her own knowledge and teachings to give elsewhere and hopefully watch her students grow into thriving adults..

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Kurayami would question them, ‘What about it is causing the struggle?’ giving them a minute to think deeply and pinpoint the specifics of whats challenging. Kurayami takes the time to explore their responses, often diving into details that might initially seem small but are critical to understanding the larger issue. As it could be many things, not paying attention, not taking notes, or a part of it doesn't make sense.. She'd take all of these things into consideration as one small move can make the entire class confusing for them.. But as not to disturb the less;Without interrupting the rest of the class, Kurayami would wait until work time to pull them aside, allowing them to explain; and ask any questions they may have she’ll uncovered the root of what's causing the struggle, Kurayami would connect that back to the full lesson.. Real-world examples come into play as well; comparing the issue to things like more modern.. . If the student still has lingering questions Kurayami encourages them to meet with a tutor or offers extra guidance after class.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Kurayami isn’t one to hand out warnings like playing cards; she believes in the importance of discipline and accountability in her classroom. When she issues a warning, it’s final; there won’t be another chance.. none! If a student is disruptive during a lesson, she would pause the flow of the class turning a small glare steady and unwavering as she directs her attention to the offending student. “Come up to my desk,: , her voice calm but firm, conveying the seriousness of the situation. Maybe they didn’t understand it wasn’t a joke? “Do it again, and it’s detention.” This was a promise that isn’t to be taken lightly. She would then place the student in the chair closest to her desk, ensuring she can keep a close eye on them as the lesson resumes. Should they misbehave even in the slightest after this point, she would follow through on her promise without hesitation, her hand deftly reaching for the detention slip as soon as she sensed another disruption.. For Kurayami, classroom order was absolute, as she valued a respectful environment where her students could work in peace without one student ruinnning her classroom etiquette .
