Really depends on the person. It's basically 3d pixel art. If you'd like to try it out, I'd suggest magicavoxel. It's easy to use and gives you access to everything you need for good voxel art.

actually now that i see it i did try and my brain couldn't tell what i was doing due to the perspective its at and since its by pixels it would be very harder lmao
