What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I am hoping to help bring the School back in SchoolRP, as stated in “Im6”’s announcment, this MUST happen, for the future of the server. I truly did enjoy my time when I used to be a teacher but I had to resign due to the fact I was truly overwelled as I was juggling Police, Teacher and Delivery Manager all at the same time! On top of this I believe the Drama subject, though I enjoy in real life, wasn’t the best for me to teach in character, as I found myself engulfed in having to research for every lesson, however I have a much better understanding of my chosen subject.
I hope with my new subject, I can really make an inpact on SchoolRP
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
I have lots of experience in Roleplaying! Not only have I played many roles on the server, as listed in the “Previous Applications” section, and I could have missed some too! On top of this, I have experience specifically with the role of “Teacher” as I used to teach on the server previously; I believe with a new subject , and a new attatude, I’m ready to re-join the role and tackle a new dificulty, of a different subject.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
I believe classroom logs are important as it proves you aren’t being inactive as your role, which is important as teachers must be active, not just to the server but specifically to their role, as there is no point applying if you don’t want to dedicate yourself to the role. Furthermore it helps the faculty lead to determine if he (or in the future possibly she) who may need a cut, or a raise in their monthly income due to the fact the pay is liable to increase depending on the amount of work done.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would firstly have to contact either the principal or vice-principal and set up a meeting where you’ll explain your idea of the field trip and go over the safety guidelines. If permission is granted from the school principal, students must sign slips, acknowledging they have permission to go. If any OOC things must be set up, such as a map, items etc, either a Senior Admin or the Owner must be contacted.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. Make sure you come to my class with appropriate clothing for a P.E class
2. Come to class with a positive attitude
3. Treat everyone kindly and fairly
4. If a theory lesson, food and drink isn’t permitted, if a practical lesson, beverages and light snacks are allowed.
5. No phones, or any other distraction is permitted in my class.
6. Give the teacher respect, and don’t use equipment irrelevant to the lesson.
7. Don't interrupt other students, teacher or other members of staff, if you have a question or a point to add, raise your hand

I have played roleplay on a fantasy server, as well as SchoolRP, though I left to fully dedicate myself to playing SchoolRP. I am experiences in many aspects of roleplay, and I also (as mentioned previously) used to teach Drama on the server, so I have experience specifically with teaching. I also have spent a long time on this server, so I believe it is just to call myself experienced.

- HD: Head of Department - They are the leaders of the given apartment, and give the NQT permission to teach.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills - They are your ordinary teacher, whom no long require permission from the Head of Department in order to begin a class.
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher - Though still treated equal to a “QTLS” you must seek more permission to do specific activities, such as start a class.

A teacher educates their students in their current subject, making sure they still enjoy their lesson, keeping them engaged. A teacher's monthly salary consists of 150,000 yen but may increase depending on the amount of work done. The teacher's job doesn't end at the end of school, they have to grade papers and other assignments. On top of this, they have papers they must grade, if tests have been performed, however, in PE you’ll mark students progress, not tests.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
As the name suggests “SchoolRP” is a school centered server- or it should be. Despite the name a lot of gangRP is going on within the game, which yes, I can be held accountable for, as a known gang role player, however I still want to contribute towards the solution.

The lesson planning system of “Karakura High” is MoSCo (Must have, could have, should have)

Peter Bashkimi is a man who stands at 5’10”, so fairly short but yet in very good shape, which is partially due to his job. He is a very black and white in the sense that, if you’re good in class, listen and try your hardest and aren’t disruptive you will be treated with the same respect he would give his colleagues however, if you aren’t he is very strict and short with his words, and won’t repeat anything. He would be sometimes described as “rude” to these students but, in truth he is just being strict. He is friendly with his other teachers and school colleagues and is very close with his fellow P.E teacher known as “Cénts” as they were friends before he applied for this job. In total, aside for his friendship with “Cents” he would be very professional yet kind.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
I will warn them to stop cursing and swearing. If they continue, I will warn them once more and if they ignore me I'll give them detention and report it to the principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
I would yell “Silence” and if they refuse, given that this is a theory lesson I’d write a big “1” circled on the board, which would signify how many minutes (OOC) they have to stay behind.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
While in the teacher’s lounge, my character would let his hair down a bit, so to speak. He would be more relaxed yet still maintaining a professional atmosphere. He would be kind to his colleagues and he’d speak to them with the utmost respect. If they needed anything, that he could do, he’d do it, if that meant getting them something from the family store, or even helping them in their lesson, he’d do it.

Backstory
Born in New England, America on the 2nd of June 1992, Peter Bashkimi (Previously Peter Arline) grew up normally, like any other child, and always, since birth have a natural fitness to him and he knew, almost from the beginning he wanted to teach. As he grew, he enrolled in the School Soccer (as it is called in America) team and when he first started, there weren’t any open positions in the “Attacker” position, so he started off as “Attacking-midfielder”. As he continued to play, he got into another sport, Baseball, however, he had a tough decision, as one of the days from both sports overlapped. He was so close to the Attacker position in Soccer that he longed for and he might’ve lost all the progress he was working towards by choosing Baseball, however, he decided to play baseball that day as he was, though more inexperienced, more passionate about Baseball. He worked his way up, towards the role in Baseball he needed, leadoff hitter. In 2006 he had a choice to make, what his options were to be. He chose, Physical Education (Obviously), Japanese, as he was required to take a language, drama as he believed he required it to have a good charisma to become a teacher and finally, history as he had no other clue to what to do. As it happened, he was a natural at Japanese, little did he know of his future in Karakura. When he was 15, so the next year, he finally had made the role of “leadoff hitter” and as his school was one of the most pristine P.E schools in the tristate area, this meant a great deal. He went on to help his team win many trophies against other schools. When he was 17, he went off to College where he Majored in Physical Education and minored in Japanese, as he (as previously mentioned) had a natural affinity for it. He then went on to move to Karakura, one he was out of College, and picked up the language a lot better in a natural environment, he worked a part time job at “La Casa Nostra Bar” until he could afford his own apartment. From there, he applied for a job at “Karakura high”…
