Moe E. (Ellis) Akuma
Originally Moe Ellis, until they got adopted into the Akuma clan.

Aliases: M.
Gender: Nonbinary (although they are often mistaken as male)
Pronouns: They/them

Age: 17
Height: 5'11
Skin Color: Pale pink
Eye Color: They have naturally brown eyes, currently, however,
one eye has a pink contact while the other is bandaged, presumably missing or unusable.

Hair Style: Short messy hair
Hair Color: Black, (Dyed pink)

Abnormalities: Missing their left eye
Nationality: Japanese

Appearance: There stood a standard Japanese teen. Their visible pink eye held bags whilst their other was bandaged heavily. Their pale pink hair puffed up slightly, akin to cotton candy that one would see on fairgrounds. Clothes that always seemed a little too dirty, or too crinkled hung loosely from their thin (malnourished) frame. They were always slightly hunched over, their poor posture made them seem smaller than they actually were.

Personality: Moe is a hypocrite, horribly so. Underneath that bundled depressed mess was a terrible need. The need of one who had nothing, to have everything. They held ambition and desperation similar to that of a starving animal. Reckless and headstrong, yet one false encounter leaves them shaking, and cautious. While they feel sympathy and care for others, they put their own needs above their friends leading to selfishly made actions, yet treasure their family. Intense might be underqualified to describe this character.

Diseases/Illness: Being homeless one has to cut a few corners to survive, unfortunately, missing lunch, dinner, and breakfast has been a common occurrence for years. Leading to a weak immune system, and malnourishment.

Character Voice:
Moe's voice is highly androgynous, mostly sarcastic,

with a friendly hint of laughter behind every word.

Quirk:
Moe rebels against their parent's motto, they believe that there is more to someone than what meets the eye. They try to remain more casual, instead of upholding the perfect image. Of course, this isn't always easy, years of habit are hard to break.

Flaws:
Body- Moe's malnourished body makes them a weak opponent in a fight.
Sight- Having one eye means seeing only half of what a normal person might, unfortunately, this costs them in a fight.

Needs- Moe's parental neglect has left them attention-starved, leaving them with the need to get approval from those they trust. This need for validation makes them easily exploitable.
Memory- You can't trust Moe's memory, they can't even trust themselves.
Failure- Raised by an influential family, they take failure to heart. (Instead of trying to better themselves)

Skills:

Talking- They are known to be a good talker, speech is easy when it's the only thing to your name.
Knowledge- Every little piece helps, that's Moe's motto. Like clockwork, they store as much knowledge as they can while finding new information. They are well known in their community, however, that doesn't generally mean well-liked.

Family:

Birth parents- Deceased
Adopted Parents- Location unknown, all contact lost
Adoptive brother- Kurisuttan K. Akuma

Backstory:
Image is the only thing that matters in this world, how you present yourself is more important than you are. Or at least, that's what their parents taught them. From a young age, this message was drilled into Moe's brain, it was the reason why they had all these nice clothes, could eat all this nice food. "There are those in this world less fortunate than you are" (little did they know that they would soon be dumpster diving to survive) Moe was different, they weren't born because their parents loved each other, no, they were born to uphold their parent's image.

Both parental figures came from respectable families, and an arranged marriage rarely produced love, much less biological children. Agreeing to keep their relationship strictly professional, they came across Moe, (whose mother died in childbirth) who they took into their care. However, they were not equipped to deal with the fits of a starving child, or the amount of attention that another human being needed.

When an incident resulted in a broken image, and a missing eye, with little hesitation, they threw Moe into the streets. Days turned to weeks, months into years. While the streets were dangerous, the weather was worse. Moe would wake up half dead from frostbite. Hell, Moe learned, Was ice cold. The bad days where at times Moe felt like succumbing to nature, spite fueled the flame.

Until...
They heard it, the deep rich baritone of a boy not much older than themself, in the middle of scamming yet another gullible soul. Moe didn't know why they felt the need to speak up when they did, however, the moment the two met eyes Moe finally had something to live for. Family.

"Welcome to Akuma kid."
