More glitched blocks

APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1483, 18, 753
ISSUE: There is a whole row of wall where I can't place blocks. It won't let me.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I put spruce blocks where I can place blocks in, but the rest that's bricks, quartz pillars, beehive, and stripped oak logs is the glitched area.
