In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Mr. Ellis Winston Wuffstein is a fresh-out-of-college man looking for a place in life. So far, he's been aimlessly drifting and looking for any way to get some money to keep his head above water. At one point in time, he'd wanted to be a teacher. He'd pursued a degree and is very capable of teaching. But he's only doing it because to him, it's an easy job that pays. His role is to be a band instructor, a teacher that's realistic. Nothing you learn in highschool sticks with you to college, save for a few good studying habits, and he talks that. Does his best to try and reassure his students that college is not as bad as every other teacher tells them it is, while also trying to teach them that music is a somewhat viable career, but if you're not into it don't be afraid to drop it. He's also trying to advocate for Banjo to be added to band.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: Not a lot, but any time I would take Ellis to a school setting type rp he would be a teacher, and he's pretty good until people start messing with him for being crippled. (This has happened, I was slightly horrified.)
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I've been seriously rping for several years now. I'd like to say I'm pretty good, though taking the lead is something that I struggle with.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: A band instructor. His job is to instruct students how to, depending on their skill level, read and follow sheet music and keep in time with a group in order to perform. I myself was in orchestra for a few years, and band, though using different instruments, is the same basic concept. In fact it's a bit harder, due to the different kinds of instruments and the different types of sheet music.
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: Principal's office. If things start getting physical call another teacher for help. When alone, cry.
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: Be as careful and cautious and slow as possible, don't break anything and try not to hurt yourself. Try and see if you can get some other teachers to help you because you're not the best person for this job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: Report it immediately, but don't get involved.

Motivation for Joining KHS: I want to instill a love of music in today's youth, band music is extremly underrated and needs better appreciation.
Age (Minimum age is 25): 25
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Because I am the most experienced in this field and I know how to work with children. I have 12 years of experience playing an instrument and 10 playing in a band. I was in the marching band at my old highschool in America and we won several competitions. I have also conducted at a few college half-time shows.
