APARTMENT COORDINATES (F3 TO VIEW): 1482 18 639
ISSUE: There are a few issues within the house, mainly two locked doors that the house owner can't even open or close, several unbreakable light blocks, and some blocks outside that cannot be placed.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I'm not the owner of this house, I was asked to make this forum post because the actual house owner is locked out of their account for some reason.

And nothing can be broken in this region, apparently
Also another unbreakable light block upstairs
There might be more problems but this is all we found so far, so for now this is all that needs fixing. Will add onto this or make another forum post if needed.
