Why do you want to own a shop?: I would like to own a shop because I would like to give players of this server a place to hang out together and make new friends and to role play. Owning a shop will also give me something else to do on the server other than exploring. Another reason I would like to own a shop is because if I open the shop enough it would be a great way to earn money for myself and my employees. I am very active so I would be on pretty much all the time. I really think it would be enjoyable for me to own my own shop on the server too and I could have a lot of fun with it and hope the players would enjoy it too! It would be fun to have some competition with other shop owners too. I'm active on the server a lot so I would be able to open shop a lot.
What do you plan to do with the shop?: I plan to make a sweet cafe kind of thing called Sweets and Stuffs. Selling anything sweet and tasty! I will also sell drinks such as coffee and all those kinds of drinks. It would place to go for a nice day out on the server and for couples and friends on the server. I have worked on some uniforms for the shop for people who really want to go all out for the job. They are pastel colours. Each shirt has its own colour. Girls will wear the pastel coloured polo shirt with a white skirt and boys will do the same but wear jeans. of course, the girls can wear the jeans too. The shop would be full of colour and have nice little booths to sit in and eat your sugar filled treats and drinks. I will also sell cute animal hats at the cafe too and phones if I am allowed too. I would like to change the colour of the outside so instead of cyan and white banners it would be pink and light blue. I would change the carpets to have pastel colours such as white pink and blue. and change all the wood to birch to make it pop. As for the inside I would also like to change the wood to birch wood, change the tables to have pink and blue carpet, change the colour of the clay to white, change all the glass to pink, white and light blue. (Of course if the person who built the shop doesn't agree with me changing the clay I don't mind keeping it as grey.)
How will your shop be unique?: My shop will be super different from the rest because of a few things really. It will be full of life (how I see it) and full of colour. It will be the place to go when you have a sweet tooth and need that desperate dose of sugar! The uniforms are different too from what I have seen on the server so far too. I will host maybe a little party event there every 2 weeks (real life time) and people can pay to host birthday parties there too! I would also have deals on for parties and events so I will make the food cheaper. I would also give discounts to students, teachers and the police to show we care about what they do on the server. All kinds of people are welcome into the cafe and for characters that are homeless they also get a discount just to show that the cafe cares and they are welcome.
How many employees are you planning to have?: I was thinking of having maybe a team of 16 employees. I am of course always open to adding more employees to the team of course. I'm thinking 5 waiters, 3 cashiers, 2 managers, 2 chiefs, 2 event planners and 1 co-owner.
Self-Made Questions:
Why I would be a good option for owner: Like I said before I am very active on the server, so I am always able to hop on and open the shop for a little while. I am nice to everyone I meet on the server, so I think it would be a popular little business. I would like to think I am very trustworthy, so I will not be using the role of a shop owner for any sort of power of the sort and only for role playing. For employees I do not just employ people I am friends with or know I will of course have interviews. At the moment I have around two people that I would like to have as managers so I will have them help interview people.
How would it help the community/server: This little business could help the server/community because I hope the cafe will attract people of the server so they can have fun. People can go there for their characters birthdays like I mentioned earlier. I would keep prices cheap, so players don’t empty their pockets so easily. I can host events for the players too, so they have something exciting to look forward to and I can also make posters that I can send to a staff member to put into the announcements channel with information on events and parties!
