My Bike glitched out and became a copy of my spear

Hi, so I came back on minecraft schoolrp and I was walking around, right? I walked toward the streets and pulling out my bike, but the next thing that happen was quite unusual. When I put the bike down it became a copy of my spear and then I lost my bike, so now I have an extra copy version of my spear, but lost my bike- What should I do? I remember my bikes name. It was called "Omega Bike"
