My bike is right infront of my house but I can't call it back.

Played yesterday, logged off and forgot about the bike. Logged back on and noticed I didn't have it but I was told you're spawned vehicles don't despawn so I wasn't worried, innitially tried to /qav callback 1000 but it didn't work then I found it sitting right next to my house and still can't right click or call it back.

Picture of the bike then a pic of it in my inventory. one is recent and one is from when I was in the basketball team. I used to go over the stuff in my inventory if I ever lost it so it came in handy ig.
