ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: So yesterday, September 28th, my item request to get my motorcycle back was accepted. For context It despawned when I lagged and it went into water. When I logged back on I noticed the the bike wasn’t in my inventory even though on the forum it said it was returned. I check all of my accounts and even my house to see if maybe it placed wrong or just something but it wasn’t anywhere. I went to mariav, the staff who accepted my item request, and asked her if she gave it back. She says she did but it wasn’t ever in my inventory.
