My Game Crashes Everytime I Try To Join.

Hi,
I have played this server before, and i came back to play it but I join but then my game crashes?
I have attempted to join about 8-14 times, and each time, it has crashed. Is there any way to fix this?
[My MC Username is _Aqua_Chan_]

It might just be that i left on an older map.

It has happened to me multiple times and is still frequently happening at the moment. I would recommend trying to delete the server and then adding it back again; it's worked for me.
