My Grade is Glitched

The images I have attached is evidence that my rank hasn't been going up like it's been supposed to. It's also been saying "You have reached the maximum grade!"I should have ranked up multiple times like it told me to, but it hasn't ranked me up. If you could fix it, that would be awesome! Thank you! <3

I think you can get [18] Grade-12 at most, because the college has to pass the exam
