My green bike is for cosmetic only...

I worked very hard to buy a green bycicle to get around town. After I bought it I couldn't ride it so I contacted the staff. They said Bicycles are currently broken. Can you guys fix bicycles or at the very least can I get a refund?

Fixed the bikes
