What is your motivation for applying?: I think I've been the student for a little too long, so might as well make a change even though I think I can't be a student again.

Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): General: I just learned how to speak another language. Teacher wise: I had to teach a whole group of students who failed my most recent math test since I was one of the 3 people who passed.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? I love it just the way it is.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general. Teachers are an extremely important asset for any society as they are the one who educate the youth of society who in turn become the leaders of the next generation of people and play an important role in developing their country as a good citizen of any nation. Teachers educate the kids in their most impressionable years, which stay with these kids for the rest of their lives. APJ Abdul Kalam said “A teacher is a beacon light that acts as a lighthouse to guide the stranded students in the sea of life and they should work as the role model for their students in order to achieve the all-round development of the children”. Teachers are the real nation builders who enrich a young generation of children so that the future is a safe, secure and great place to live in for every person in the society.
Teachers have the key to provide a good environment for the students. It is essential and crucial for teachers to be prepared because the first years of school are very important for the students. The future education success of the students depends on their first years. Teachers need to show respect, caring, become role models, make a pleasant environment, treat students right, instructs them but not be totalitarian, and guides them through the road of success. Thus, the teacher has to build a rapport with the student and be simultaneously approachable and authoritative. The Teachers are the dynamic force of the school without them school is just like a body with no soul, a skeleton without flesh and blood, a shadow without substance.
Thus, it has been rightly said that ’children are the future of any country’ and teachers play an important role in shaping their bright future. We should respect them for all what they do for us and understand the Importance of Teachers in our life.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: (Forgive me this very short explanation) They teach us. They taught me something I didn't even know! (Btw thanks Miss Classy)

(I'm just gonna put myself in my characters shoes for this) I look have long light pink hair normally with a light blue bow. She has a cute school uniform with some leather boots and white socks. I have beautiful, sparkly, blue eyes. I tend to be strict, humorous, and respectful. She is full Canadian and her voice is like laying in the woods alone near a cascade watching the stars.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I briefly warn them to stop using words like that. If they continue, I shall give them detention.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? From experience, If no one is listening to a word you say, I think using a kind but shouting voice to make them be quiet so we could continue the lesson.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? Quiet, Other teachers have their own problems to deal with. I don't want to be the one to disturb that. I might have a snack, maybe read a few novels or grade some work.

BACKSTORY
(I put myself in my characters shoes) I was born Febuary 13, 1993. I was adorable but I did scream a lot. Canada was where I was given birth. I'm not exactly sure where. I had a difficult life, with poor parents that worked day and night so I had food and care. Growing up, I was a total flower child. My mom was super caring. My mom would cry if I'd get hurt. It's just a wound on a baby, we were getting older ever step we took. And then, I learned it's just a world for my own takings, and something's drawing me away. Moving on to preschool, I was a very kind person in preschool. I don't really remember much, but I do remember this one kid, I think his name was Sebastion. He was very mean. I guess you could say he was the class bully.... Actually no, the SCHOOL bully. When I got into kindergarden, I was in a charter school at the time so I had to wear a crappy uniform and I had to learn earlier then an average child. When I got into grade 1, My mom, My dad, And me moved to Japan. A few days after I started school in Japan, My dad, Noah was kidnapped and murdered. It left me devastated! It went to the fact to where my mom, Olivia had to take me out of school. I was then home schooled. And when I had free time, I would watch my dad's most famous movie "Officer Dick & Officer Murray; Some Secrets Are Best Left Burried" And the burried was pronounced bured. (That's not a real movie by the way) I finally got back into school. But at the WORST POSSIBLE TIME!! Middle School. (I have no experience with middle school so I just asked google and it said it was complete hell XD) Lots of people were very mean and rude. But not me. I didn't have any friends to gossip with or to share secerts with. And I couldn't just randomly bully someone I don't know. I saw this innocent girl getting bullied and everyone just stood there like statues. Not me! I risked getting inured for that girl. Her name was Alura. She wasn't mean and nasty like everyone else so we decided to be friends. 7th grade came around and Alura changed schools. I somehow managed to convience my mom to transfer me to Alura's new school. She asked me if I even knew what school she went to. So I asked Alura via text. I got to be with Alura my whole high school and middle school experience. We were both nobody's. But we didn't want to be popular and turn into a mean, stuck-up, nasty, lying little byotchs. All the teachers at my high school said not to go to college because they thought I was intelligent enough to get a good job without degrees. But I denied their request and went to college for extra experience. You never know what's going to happen, You can never predict the future, Knowledge is important. After college, Alura made some new friends that I managed to get along with! Their names were Legacie, Synergy, Lune, Eden, Eve, and Becky. We all had different jobs except for Synergy and Legacie. They were twins and best friends. They lived together, they're unceperable! Synergy and Legacie work as actresses, Alura is a waitress at my favorite restraunt, Lune is a cashiere at the Japanese version of Walmart, Eden is a nurse, Eve is still a university student, Becky is Make-up artist, And then theres me. I don't have a job yet. Until I found an open job at Taketatsu High school. I applied for History teacher and that's where I am right now! Writing my History teacher application. I don't care if I get denied, It's fun for me to write things like this.
